Tell me your goals, and I’ll ask you WHY.
I have been a Coach and Massage Therapist for over 16 years, and specialise in helping people transform their lives through Goal Clarity Coaching, Talks, Workshops and Programmes, Therapeutic Transformational Massage as well as ‘Spinal Decompression through Breathing’ (click here for Cheltenham Massage).
I call myself The Goal Clarity Coach. It is my experience that many people set the 'wrong' kind of goals and with that set themselves up to 'fail' from the word go, causing disappointment and a repeated feeling of not being good enough. And if you have set yourself goals in the past that you haven’t achieved you are likely to fall into this category of people.
I work with clients who want change but who find it hard to define or achieve their goals (on a physical, mental, emotional and/or energetic level), and who would like to explore the self-limiting beliefs and barriers that stop them from making ever-lasting changes. I passionately believe that ‘Anyone can change everything’ but if your goals are set too narrow, they are not going to help you achieve your bigger dreams. So it's very much about looking at 'the goal behind the goal', and then exploring whether your mindset is supporting you or holding you back.
I work not only with the idea of the 'law of attraction', but also with the concepts of Transactional Analysis, a form of Psychotherapy developed by Eric Berne. Even though I am not a psychotherapist, I have many years of training and applied experience in this way of thinking and working. Berne developed incredibly useful and powerful tools to help understand people’s mindsets and the way people communicate with each other - like the Drama Triangle and the Ego states. These concepts are very useful in helping you understand where and why things might be going 'wrong' in your life and this increased awareness and understanding, combined with powerful coaching techniques to get goal clarity, creates a platform for very powerful and lasting transformation.
As no two clients are the same, I work differently with every person. Even though there might be a similar starting point to gain clarity on the outcome you want, my coaching of you will be as individual as your transformational journey. It is my job to help you feel great about yourself and your life and to support you in creating a future that you look forward with great excitement.
You want to do more than just improve your life, you want to permanently transform it.
Whether you are a man or woman or what age you are you are doesn’t matter. What matters is that you want to change something in your current situation.
What matters is that you are committed to this process of change, that you pursue your journey of achieving something greater than you have now. How badly do you want to change? Without your 100% commitment, you are unlikely to achieve 100% permanent change. And it is okay if you don’t yet fully believe in yourself or the impact you can have on your own life and on this world; I believe in you and will work with you until you do too.
Maybe your life isn’t quite falling apart at the seams. (If it is, contact me right away and we’ll see if I am the right person for you to reach out to.) But maybe, despite living a life that seems to work on some or most levels, you might have that niggle that you can’t yet put into words... you might feel that you have more to give, more to achieve, more to explore. Or maybe you have a big dream you haven’t told anyone about yet. Whatever your starting point: get in touch with me if you want to gain clarity on what it is you want, or what it is you need to do to achieve your dreams.
I very much believe that the answers you are looking for are already within you, and that it is a matter of connecting with them. Together we will explore your inner dialogue, the story you tell yourself, the possibilities you create and limitations you put upon yourself, whether you play small or are ready to go for gold. We will work on creating a mindset that believes in success, in happiness, and in being capable of living the life of your dreams.
‘Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction
ends up being the biggest step of your life.

but take a step.’
